Your Non-Personal Information

If you would like to ask questions about our medical devices, our websites, or other patients' experiences, you may do so via our websites. Please use caution when deciding what information you wish to share, and please do not include any protected health information, such as your medical history, in your question. Please note that Accuray is unable to answer any questions regarding specific diagnosis and treatment. If you have questions about your personal diagnosis and treatment, you should ask your doctor.

By submitting personal information to Accuray via its websites, you grant Accuray, including our successors and assigns, a free, irrevocable license to use such information worldwide for any business purposes and in a manner consistent with the applicable state and federal laws. Accuray does business in many different countries. If you are a customer on AERO and would like to submit an idea (i.e. for a new Accuray product or service or for an improvement to an existing Accuray product or service), please log in to the AERO website and visit the "Submit an Idea" section.
By transmitting any ideas, information, concepts, know-how, techniques or materials to Accuray through AERO (including through the "Submit Your Idea" section of AERO) or through any other means, you agree to transfer to Accuray all of your rights and interests in these proposed ideas, including any potential intellectual property in the ideas, to the extent permitted by law.
